1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kermiza AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kermiza AI is a cloud-based graphic design platform that provides manual editing tools, AI-powered design features, templates, and export capabilities. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Kermiza AI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via PayPal
• Pro and Agency plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• AI credits reset monthly and do not roll over to the next period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kermiza AI to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use AI features to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using Kermiza AI, including designs, uploaded images, and exported files.

Kermiza AI retains ownership of the platform, templates, UI, and underlying technology. You may not copy or redistribute Kermiza AI's templates outside of normal use.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images and designs are provided "as is". Kermiza AI does not guarantee that AI outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kermiza AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse AI features. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
